Compensation Overview

Offers:

  1. Razor Pay SSE (Backend)

    • Fixed: 35 LPA
    • Stocks: 25 Lakhs (vested over 4 years, vesting will start after a year and then on a monthly basis)
    • First year net takeaway: 41.25 LPA
    • Notes:
      • 2 days work from office
      • PF + Gratuity is included in the fixed component
  2. Uber SDE2 (Backend)

    • Fixed: 45 LPA
    • Joining Bonus: 5 LPA (only first year)
    • Performance bonus: 6.8 LPA (could go down to 0.5x and up to 2x)
    • Stocks: 68000 USD = 56.76 Lakhs (vested over 4 years and vesting will start from first month itself)
    • First year net takeaway: ~71 LPA
    • Notes:
      • 2 days work from office (I can try to push a bit more for the fixed component but not sure if they will do it)
